Off the back of a major 2016 client win, Glass Eye worked with BBC iPlayer to support their Autumn and Xmas slate by providing best-in-class creative content for their social channels.

With access to premium, new release programs and documentaries we were tasked with cutting down and captioning high-impact excerpts for use in paid social formats including video clips and carousels. Using a combination of animated text styles and a variety of fonts we created individual identities for a selection of shows within the segments of Drama, Comedy and Factual.

Alongside this we were tasked with creating shareable organic content for a number of programmes, a highlight of which was Planet Earth II. From racing reptiles to formation flamingos we had the enviable task of selecting and sharing these moments with BBC iPlayer’s online following, contributing to one of the social media phenomena of 2017.
